The hotel offered a great experience overall with spacious rooms and helpful service, but there were some issues with the dining experience taking too long. The location was superb, surrounded by the best beach in the area and close to dining and shopping options.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room given was a bit old and outdated, lacking the promised ocean view, but the service provided by Eliodoro, Jose, and Lorena was exceptional. The location was convenient, close to various restaurants and shops, but the dining experience left much to be desired with a long wait time. Despite some drawbacks, the overall stay was pleasant.
The hotel is nestled in a prime location for exploring Chichen Itza, Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Morelos, Coba Valladolid, and other Riviera Maya attractions. While the rooms had all the essentials for a comfortable stay with hammocks on every balcony, they seemed outdated and not offering an ocean view. The service was top-notch, especially with Eliodoro, Jose, and Lorena being very supportive during our stay with three young kids. The location was ideal with various shops, restaurants, and the marina all within minutes walk. The dining experience was delicious and satisfying, featuring a selection of eggs, meat, chilaquiles, warm sweet rolls, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The facilities offered everything needed for a pleasant stay.
